During the night between the last Friday and Saturday snow covered a big part of our small country. In Catalonia snow is not unusual but snowfalls in lower heights are more rare. The weather forecast was quite accurate and the night snowfall was replaced by a sunny day making the perfect conditions to take some nice photograph!
I had one main goal, create a few abstracts on a forest covered by the snow but when I was on the selected location I started walking and I finally get a lot more photograph than I planned. I hope you like it:

I was sitting on a sofa looking for a good idea; I wanted to start a new photo project to keep me busy during the year. It was a cold day, and the fireplace was working hard to keep me warm. Suddenly I had a moment of inspiration; the answer was close, the main theme for the new project was ‘fire’.
Fire is older than humans and it has been around us ever since. We use it to warm us, to cooking, to light us and it’s used in a large number of festivities around the world.
To start the project I didn’t have to go far away, the fireplace was a great spot to start illustrating the relation between fire and heat. In the next days I will be publishing more photos from the session, but I decided to let you know about this project with this colorful macro that I simply titled as ‘Embers’:

A few mouths ago I was working on an event in the Paul Ricard circuit, we had an awful weather during all the week, raining all the time, and it was really cold for the season. However, the sky was changing second after second and I had plenty of great opportunities to shot some cloudscapes like this one or “The Last Frontier” abstract that I published a long time ago.

The wallpapers page was growing so much, and I thought that it wasn’t growing in the right way. That’s way I decided to categorize and tag all the wallpapers so you will be able to find the ones you love more quickly and easy.
From now on you will be able to search for the most download, the most viewed and get suggestions based on the wallpaper you are looking at. I also will like to encourage you to vote for your favorites.
There are a lot more of resolutions to download and the website will suggest to you the one that better fits your computer, tablet or smartphone.

Christmas holidays are here once more, another year has almost passed and I think it’s the right time to thank you for your visits and support during the last twelve months.

I always enjoy looking at the sky, at night, on the sunset, sunrise, in midmorning… it doesn’t matter if the clouds or the starts are around. The sky is always changing and sometimes it really catch my eyes. Is in that moments that I have to take the advantage of it; as a photographer and an artist I almost feel in the obligation to share the beauty of our world with you.
